Portaits

I love to connect with people and listen to their stories. This is why I have always been fascinated by portrait photography, especially street portraits. They are so powerful and reflect candid moments where you can feel a connection to what a person might be feeling or thinking. Every look, gesture, wrinkle, and emotion tell a story. Taken in different environments, they are simply magic.

They are portraits of everyday people. It can be a neighbor, a street vendor, a musician, a young or old person, a woman or a man…it can be anyone. Nevertheless, closest to my heart are the portraits that tell the stories ofour everyday heroes: the ones who clean up the streets and public spaces, take us from one place to another, care and help others who are sick, face difficulties or lack opportunities in life. Anonymous and often invisible, they are the ones who make our world go round, and that’s a story worth telling!
